Intense full day interview plus group work, the day starts at 9:00am with simple questions and name exchanges, I then did my videos interviews which basically gives you scenarios and you have to respond with messages, after we then went into groups and did some group. work. I found it engaging the staffs were real help full when I had some technical difficulty. Overall a very well put together process

First there was a written application questions asking you about yourself and suitability for the role. This was followed by online assessments consisting of numerical tests and situational judgment and personality tests. The situational component included recording video responses to certain situations.
