Very informal interview with 3 people from the software engineering department. As this was via Code First Girls there were low expectations in terms of current technical knowledge, this was more of a STAR interview style rather than a full-on technical interview (the tech questions were more about whether you understood what the role involved). They all made me feel very welcome and for me it was a great interview.

Mostly standard STAR type questions - Tell me about a time you worked in a team, Describe a time when you faced a difficult issue, how did you sort the problem? as well as questions such as what got you into tech and more business-focused ones such as Can you tell us any of our core values? and only slightly tech ones such as Can you explain what devops is?
