Sent in my resume and they got back to me the same day - scheduled a recruiter interview for 2 days later. The interview went for about 30 minutes and she said she would send me the assessments and asked me to send availability for next rounds. Ended up getting ghosted since I haven’t heard from them since which is super strange and unfortunate

I applied in July, did not hear back until around mid August. Scheduled a 20 min phone interview with their HR, from there set up a second phone interview with the director of accounts. That interviews lasted 55 minutes, he sent me an assessment that he said "Will not effect the outcome of the hiring process because they hire character not off an assessment." Set up an in person interview with 3 people there a week after the assessment. After that, heard nothing for a month. Finally, the HR called saying unfortunately they did not choose to hire me because of my assessment and attention to detail. 2 months after applying and numerous e-mails and what felt like a run around, they could have dragged this out less.
