We went through a little bit of the history and current state of the company on a business and production level. Tim was awesome he took me on a walkthrough of the plant explained what every station did what their job was and how to perform it safely. We went back to the conference room and went over my resume. He also told me what the company was looking for in an employee and answered almost every question I had before I could even ask them.

Amazing! Tim was great and made the in person interview feel extremely personable and comfortable. he understood from our communication that I was a fast learner and a great people person as well. he also mentions that MCC was a company in which I would be able to grow if I desired.

Very easy and Virginia explained everything extremely well and answered all my questions perfectly. She took me on a tour around the warehouse explained how every machine works and explained the role of every position in the warehouse.

I was called in and asked about past work experience and what I expected to get from the job I was applying for. After a little bit I was informed what the job was and some of the benefits of working for the company. The interviewer kept the atmosphere serious yet relaxed.
