Went to the office to talk about the company and myself with the supervisor scott Truman. Then I was walked through the factory to see what kind of job I'd be doing. I was told some history of the company and what would be made.
I felt comfortable and heard throughout the interview. The interviewer was very kind and explanatory. There were very good points made throughout the interview that gave me a good understand on what the company is about and what MCC strives for.
