I was given a tour of the facility then had a standard interview. Only took about 30 minutes. Both the interviewer and the tour guide were very respectful and courteous.

I received a call from MCC's hiring manager, she was very nice and profesional. She explained who they were and asked some questions about my previous experience. She then scheduled an interview in person with the Quality Manager. Upon arrival, I met with the Quality Manager and we proceeded with the in person interview. After the interview he gave me a tour of the facility.

Patrice was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took me on a tour of the distribution floor. Explained the job description as we went. Felt it was explained very well and in detail.
