First, I found the ad. I sent my C.V via e-mail. After 1 week, I received an email for the invitation for the on-site interview. PI asked my previous experiences and future goals for about 40 mins.
Mostly, PI asked about my previous papers and sets of skills. He also explained his research and what kind of persons he looking for filling in this position.

Started off with typical interview questions, then asked about lab experience during PhD studies and questions about previous projects and publications. Then, talked about benefits and potential projects to work on and growth opportunities.

The interview was through Skype. It went good. Only my mentor asked relevant questions. It went for about half an hour and I was also asked whether I had queries.Really warm and comfortable interview session.

Interview process for the postdoctoral fellow position at MD Anderson Cancer Center was straightforward. I had a phone interview, skype interview and then was asked to submit my paperwork. It took around 2-3 months to finish the paper work. Overall it was an easy process.
