The process is slow, but beneficial. You can actually call and talk to someone and have your concerns addressed. The staff is friendly, but the process is a long one to wait for.

There were about 8 people in the interview. They each asked about three questions. Afterwards I was told someone would call me if I was chosen for a second interview.
