Went through the initial interview process and seemed to be paired up with great people. Answered basic questions regarding background and technical understanding and spoke to the team manager a few times. However, I went through 3 rounds of interviewing but never heard back from HR. Asked for follow-up every few weeks but was only informed that "The Hiring Manager has not made a decision yet"... After 3 months? Not sure if the position was filled or cancelled, but seems like I may have dodged a bullet seeing how potential employees are treated by HR. I value transparency, so if a company can't keep its word on the simplest things like providing an update on a job in a timely manner, then red flags begin waving. I hope that they were able to find the right candidate as it doesn't feel good being ghosted by such a reputable company.

How would you theoretically go about gathering information on potential risks to the business?

2 rounds in total. First ask experience, e.g. tools and methods used in projects. Second present research projects to all team member, followed by some general interview questions. The process was pleasent but no following updates.

no follow-up despite they asked a lot of questions and documents such as education titles, passports, national IDs, visa documents, etc. They even ignored all my messages asking for information
