      Colloquio per MRI Technologist

      17 ott 2015
      Candidato anonimo a colloquio
      Houston, TX
      Offerta rifiutata
      Esperienza negativa
      Colloquio difficile

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston, TX) nel mese di ott 2015

      Colloquio

I was interviewed by a panel of three. One of them was nice, respectful, and professional. The other two were confrontational, demeaning and unprofessional. Those that I described the interview to, seem to agree that they were testing me to see if I could handle the stress of being (literally) yelled at, belittled, and treated like an idiot. Obviously, I did fine, as I was offered the position. This is not sour grapes, folks. I wanted to work for them. I really did. But if there is any possibility that they treat their employees the way they treat their applicants, then I don't need that in my life. And if it was truly "a test", then at some point someone should have said, "Look, we know we were hard on you, and it was an uncomfortable position to put you in. But please understand that we have to make sure you can handle tough situations. And rest assured, that we DO NOT treat our employees in that manner." If someone had said that, either immediately after the interview, or during the offer process, I probably would have taken the job. But to date, that hasn't happened...even after explaining my reason for declining the job to HR.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

At one point they asked about the type of contrast that we use in my current position.
