After I applied, I got a call from HR for a short phone interview with general questions. I then had an in person interview with the supervisor with more specific experience questions. The interview was fairly laid-back and involved a lab tour.

Initial interview over the phone with an HR representative asking about previous experience. Was then invited to come in for a personal interview. The interview itself was not very formal, I met with a department supervisor and a lab scientist and they were very friendly. It felt more like a conversation.
