After being called, they had me take a short test on data verification. This took around 15 minutes, and afterwards it was a regular interview. The regular questions came up such as "Tell me about a time where you didn't get a long with someone." There was also a fair bit about working more than 40 hours a week.

Got an email from recruiter saying they would like an interview, a few days later showed up to the interview and asked pretty basic interview questions like if working with urine/blood would make me uncomfortable. Talked about other tasks I would do and did some "quizzes" like math and reading certain labels
