I worked with a recruiter who was very friendly, helpful and transparent. I did an initial 20-min phone interview with the recruiter. She then set me up with 3 in-person interviews. She worked around my schedule to coordinate the interview and was very organized throughout the process. Following the in-person interview, I received another phone call from the recruiter, asking where my head was at and if I had any other questions. This was my first time working with a recruiter. Everyone throughout the process at Dodge was extremely helpful, friendly and understanding.
