The HR is highly unprofessional. They called me for an interview and kept on waiting me for 1 hr. After this 2 interviewers came and asked me freshers level questions. I cleared the round and manager also asked me same questions. They don't know what questions needs to be asked from experienced individual. It was a waste of time.

Worst experience ever with a well reputed MNC. The interview process was smooth till the HR round. After 2 technical virtual rounds, they called me to Noida office for HR round and CTC discussion. The CTC discussion was very brutal with a 0% hike in my previous salary and no negotiation they said they’d reach out to me in the next week. I kept calling them for an update for over a month and kept getting lame excuses. After a month of waiting they finally call to reject me based on the CTC. That they cannot even provide my expected CTC . And don’t wanna give out their original offer.
