I met with the department lead and another senior developer in my interview. They were both very friendly and easy to get on with. The interview itself was filled with many interview questions not of a technical nature (which was confusing as they were both developers) and these were read from forms and my answers were noted and seemed to be scored. A very small number of technical questions appropriate for a junior developer was asked. Near the end of the interview I was told if I was successful, I would have to interview again but with their manager. I'd heard from my recruiter the following day that they would not be progressing my application due to a lack of experience.
