The comp interview is the final part, it is long and tedious to see if you fit in with the current team in place. This will tell if you can really see working with the team.

Colloquio
There are three rounds of interviewing. A peer to peer, one manager, agm or GM. Competency interview with the Gm or AGM is very lengthy around two hours. Looks to know who you are as a person, and goes through three phases of life.
