I went through a 5-stage interview process with Miamed and overall it was a terrible experience. The job responsibilities changed between interviews, and after the 5th interview, they told me I had made it to the final interview stage. However, they rescinded this offer a few days later, saying that it was at the request of senior management, and that they would get back to me in a few weeks. After they informed that someone else had received the job, I asked them for feedback on the interview process. They never replied. Overall I got the impression that the company is extremely unorganized (the job responsibilities completely changed between the 3rd and 4th interviews), that they lack communication between departments (the last interview was rescinded after talking to senior management), and have little respect for people in the interview process (no follow-up when asking for areas of improvement).
