I interviewed over the summer for the position of an intern. Before interviewing, they sent me an Excel task (30 minutes timed) to complete, along with some questions to answer. The interview itself was straightforward - there were three people (one was a current intern) and they asked me various of questions, ranging from the classwork I was currently taking to the research I was involved in. They didn't ask many technical questions, which was to my relief, since I had very little experience in programming at that time.
