First stage was a chat with a internal recruiter, then a virtual interview and then finally an in person interview. All was very positive until the final in person interview were the interviewer just didn't seem interested to be there from the word go was chewing a pen for most of the interview. I was told it would be mostly a test of cultural fit but was nearly 80% technical questions. Was told I would hear back within a few working days... never heard anything which is disappointing considering the effort I had put into the process.

2 Stage Interview process: 1st stage is held online over Microsoft teams: This is a technical Interview to see your understanding of project management principles and consulting. 2nd stage is in-person at the office closest to you: This is an interview to see whether you are a culture fit for the organisation & to assess more of the soft skills of the role such as communication etc. Prepare all scenarios for both interviews as they can come up
