Two rounds of interview, first with the operations and editorial team and secondly with more senior members of the operations team. Not complicated, half assessing skills half assessing attitude and fit with the team culture. Interviewers were careful to let me know that it could be a demanding job and that I should be fully informed before joining up.

Do you have experience with writing only or also running events

What do you expect from a person that leads the team?
The interviews went quite well and everyone was very supportive and open. Quite a few rounds of interview though. They also asked you to work on a written test but it was alright I think.
