I interviewed with Wade Hanchar, Hector Berlanga & Rick Woloss. After being asked technical questions, the interview turned into a conversation on how to create a more efficient network environment for Mint. Leaving the interview, I already felt like part of the team. The process was difficult but the staff made it very comfortable and I realized quickly, that this was a strong team working in the best interest of Mint.
