I got in touch with the HR during Michigan Tech's career fair and was asked to interview with the company over a video conference within a month. The interview went pretty smooth with the interviewers asking me to describe my previous project and internship experiences and giving me details of the job I was assigned to do. They asked me a few questions about my skill sets to see if I matched the job description. I was offered a Co-op and a full time position post satisfactory completion of my co-op assignments and graduation from school. I completed my 3 months co-op assignment and was offered a full time position.
