Initial in-person interview after a career fair visit. The interviewer filled out a score sheet for a variety of planned questions. There were no unique questions or discussions. The interview was not personal and did not include any discussion about specific positions.

A couple of screening calls with hiring managers (semi-technical), followed by an in-person panel interview, with roughly 5 different people. Mostly asked questions about my background and experience. After the panel interview, it took 4 weeks to hear back from MIT, so very slow.
