Colloquio
First was interviewed by two analysts at the firm. Both were really great, though one was more by-the-book and the other was more honest and really put me at ease. Most of it was behavioral, and for the most part it was a really fun conversation about favorite classes and life goals.
Second interview was with the CEO and with two partners, about a week after the first round interview. All pretty straightforward, general resume questions and one brainteaser per interviewer.
Received the offer within the next few weeks.

None of the questions were the typical consulting questions that you can prepare for (eg case questions, market size and share, etc). They were all brainteasers / puzzles.
Welcome to a shrine to Moses Ma! The interview process was awful. Attended a session prior, a full Moses ma flex session. I still have no clue what the firm does.
I have 1 round of interview. I did not make it to the next round, may be because I could not answer the brain teaser correctly. First 15 min of the interview was behavioral: why do you want to join mmg? who did you choose this major? what would be, if you wanted to be in anything in this world (like a job)?
