The interview process was comprehensive and well-structured, consisting of three key stages: an initial phone screen, a technical interview, and a final round with the hiring manager During the phone screen, I had the opportunity to discuss my background and experience with a recruiter. It allowed me to understand the role's expectations and how my skills align with the team’s needs.
The technical interview was in-depth and challenged my problem-solving abilities, industry knowledge, and practical skills. I appreciated the focus on real-world scenarios, as it helped me demonstrate how I can bring value to the role. For instance, I was given a case study related to cloud solutions, and I enjoyed showcasing my analytical and solution-oriented approach.
The final round with the hiring manager was more of a discussion about cultural fit, team dynamics, and long-term career goals. I found it insightful, as it gave me a better understanding of the company’s vision and how I could contribute to achieving it.

Really terrible . A lot of gaps in the entire questioning from the higher up staff. Questions that lacked a quality rationale or business appropiate tools. Looks like internal issues exist based on individuals lack of enthusiasm. Very new to industry leaders
