At the time it was a zoom meeting, but now they do them in person. Someone from HR and the manager participated. They discussed prior experience, asked how I would support their company mission statement of being "Caring People Caring for People", my thoughts on diversity, why I wanted to work there and other fairly straight forward/typical questions.
