It was straight forward and there were three rounds in total. First with the HR, second one with the director and third and final one with the partner. Overall it was seamless and mostly behavioural.

Pre-screen by someone in HR. Completed an assignment that same week that took 2 hours. Pretty straightforward. Was told feedback would be given within two weeks…two months later, nothing. They kept saying they would get back to me, they were busy, and other excuses. The same job has continued to be reposted. I expected better from MNP. HR needs to do better, and not ghost candidates for no reason if this is any indication of how the co. functions, I would stay away. Thanks for wasting my time!
