Total of 5 of interview by phone call/zoom with different department managers and VP's. The questions were average in difficulty. Each interview lasted between 40-60 minutes. After the final interview I didn't hear back for a few days. I reached out to HR and was told they closed the position and they wanted a senior PM but at least provide interview feedback. When requesting feedback I got no response back. Very unprofessional to decide at the last minute they wanted more experience. This should've been discussed prior to opening the role, instead of wasting candidates time. Not to mention ask if I want feedback and not providing any.
