I applied and was contacted by MO to schedule an initial interview. It was very much a "getting to know you", conversational-style interview that seemed to go very well. A few days later, someone from MO reached out to me to schedule a second interview and asked for my availability. I responded almost immediately and heard nothing back until the following afternoon when I received an auto-rejection email from MO. I reached back out to the person at MO to verify whether the auto-rejection email was correct (since I had applied for several UX Designer positions) or if I should still plan on participating in a second interview. Several days passed until someone from MO responded and let me know that the scope of the project had changed and I was no longer being considered.

I had an initial phone screening, which went well. I was told I was moving forward to an interview with the hiring manager. It never happened. They went with a more experienced candidate.
