I had a virtual interview scheduled and showed up on time, but after waiting in the meeting room for over half an hour, no one appeared. I tried following up to see if they needed to reschedule, but I received no response, not even an apology for the wasted time. I was completely ghosted. I'm truly disappointed as I was excited about the role. Seriously, do better and treat people with respect.
