Very short interview. Not very many questions. I got the impression that they were not highly selective, and mostly looking for someone friendly and reliable. They will train for all technical skills. Informal and relaxed setting in general.

Quick interview process. They are more looking to see if your personality will fit with the company rather than any prior experience you may have. Questions like what kind of music do you listen to or what do you do for fun are asked. You are also given the classic steady hands test to see if you can pick and place components on a circuit board, but perhaps this test is no longer given do to the acquisition of a pick-and-place machine. Either way working with your hands is important and is probably still tested.
