Colloquio
1. Writing task to be completed before going for the interview
2. Teaching observation by MOE Teachers/Senior Teachers/Principal, given a whiteboard and markers
3. Q&A session - by a few different panels of interviewers (10 - 15 minutes)
a writing assessment for about 30 minutes followed by an interview with panel consisting of middle management level and hr staff. there was a short teaching segment(5 min presentation), where the interview panel take on the role of students and assess if we are suitable to take on the teaching role.
