The process began with a phone interview with the contractor. The contractor makes top candidate choices to be interviewed by the command team, SFRSA, and contractor. Most of the interviewers are in person but some may be on the phone. The interview itself was nerve wracking, but it goes much smoother if you have a background with the family readiness groups.

Opportunity was released. Emailed my resume. Was called in for an interview. The Regional Program Manager (on the phone), SFPD, Command Representative, SFRSA, and other FRSA were on the board. Was interviewed, and called back in the next few days with result.
