One phone screening (walk through resume and some typical consulting questions), one behavioral interview with leadership (more professional than screening), and then final round office visit with group case study and presentation

It started with an online application, and I had a one-on-one phone call with a senior consultant that was mostly behavioral. I was then invited to a recruiting candidate happy hour in Houston where we were able to meet key members of their firm and network. I then had another phone interview with HR.
