The process took over 2 months, i applied through campus placement offer. It have mainly 4 stages, the first one was online test , then a group discussion on the same day and finally the selected students were interviewed at MRF chennai plant.

Interviewed at MRF ,tarapore towers,chennai, 2 interviewers, one from the HR department and one technical . Questions mostly from area of intrest and thermal engineering. Cover the basics to crack the interview. Interviewers were very professional , and quetions where of good standard
