There literally was no interview. Simply a phone call to come to work. This often led to many unqualified people being hired. Some of my coworkers who were hired later said they went to a orientation, but also never had a formal interview.

The interview process was very quick and simple. Was asked questions about skills I have relevant to the job. Interviewer was very laid back and down to earth. I was called, interviewed and hired on the same day approximately 2 weeks after applying.

Do you have any previous quality inspection experience.
Basically no interview, easy to get hired drug test and paperwork only management does not care about you but pay is alright. Sometimes a very difficult place to work as a career
