Questions about team management, communication problems and solutions, scalability and architecture, code style and best practices. Pair coding challenge. No one asked me to write "json-parsing-table-single-view-application-service-please-add-unit/ui-test"

Very fast. I saw the opportunity on LinkedIn and applied directly on safetyio website. One day later they answered me and we scheduled the 1st meeting for next week with a Tech Lead and the Engineering Manager. In the same week I had the 2nd interview (HR and CTO) and 1 hour later I was receiving an email with a job offer. Interviews were really good, just some talk and a small hands on, nothing like a White Board test.
