You write an assessment, typing assessment then actual interview which I didn't find difficult. Just be yourself and follow instructions clearly. Don't rush anything, the assessment is 40 minutes and you need to have a proper English accent.

The interview is easy and simple. They give you first try and you answer simple questions about yourself. You do a typing test and work history. Then if you are successful you will go for second interview.
