WAY too long and draw out. I went through 5 different interviews that all asked the same questions and then at the last meal interview was offered the job if I "could say yes to everything"...there were many red flags about the company and I declined the offer, which I am very thankful that I did

Two Skype interviews then in person interview with CEO. They are more concerned with your personality instead of your ability to perform the job functions. Focused on the relationship aspect of the position. Despite the location of the position, you will have to drive to Austin for an interview. Very focused on guiding principles and ability to adapt to the company culture.

Very tedious, not much communication between managers. You go to dinner, phone interview, followed by another interview. Some of the interview I would say has value, but over all it becomes overly tedious.
