Colloquio
My interview experience at MSBC felt quite different from the usual process, in a good way.
It starts with a call from the TA team. If your profile matches what they’re looking for and gets shortlisted by the BA team, you’re given an FRD assignment (which you have to complete in 4 hours, but they are understanding and flexible with timelines based on your work schedule). After that, there are mainly two rounds, one with a Senior BA and another with the COO.
What I really liked was that it never felt like a typical interview. It was more of a conversation than a Q&A. They take time to explain the role, understand your experience, and somewhere in between, they figure out if you’re a good fit for the team.
One thing they clearly value in a BA is having a positive attitude and being empathetic towards clients, and honestly, you can feel that in the way they interact with you as well.
I didn’t have exposure to multiple industries, but they saw my willingness to learn and still gave me a chance, which meant a lot. They also walk you through how the company works, so you’re not left guessing.
Towards the end, there are HR and TA discussions around your expectations, reasons for change, and alignment with policies. In my case, it happened over two calls, probably due to scheduling, but it was smooth overall.
Overall, it felt less like an interview and more like getting to know a team you might soon be a part of.

Honestly, there wasn’t a fixed question. It was more of a conversation around my experience, and they judged my approach from that. They also focused on my understanding of how AI can be implemented in real use cases, not just using AI tools.

I went through the interview process for a backend engineering role at MSBC Group and, unfortunately, this experience has been one of the most disappointing I’ve had.
After multiple rounds of interviews and investing considerable time and effort, I never received any update not even a rejection email or feedback.
Even after reaching out to the hiring team for a status update, my messages were ignored.
This complete lack of communication and disregard for candidates reflects very poorly on the organization’s professionalism and respect for people’s time.
It’s frustrating when companies expect candidates to engage fully but fail to reciprocate basic courtesy. If this is how they treat prospective employees during the hiring process, one can only imagine how the current employees are valued.
I strongly advise job seekers to be cautious before engaging with MSBC Group, as this experience suggests deeper issues with culture and accountability.
Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry to hear the experience did not meet the standard expected from our hiring process. Clear and timely communication is important, and the lack of follow-up described here is not the experience we aim to provide.
This feedback has been noted and will be reviewed with the relevant hiring team to help improve candidate communication and accountability going forward. Wishing you all the best in your career journey.

I had an initial HR discussion where they inquired about my experience, skills, expected salary, and the reason for seeking a job change. I provided a brief overview of my background, highlighted my key technical strengths, and explained my interest in exploring better growth opportunities. The conversation was primarily introductory and aimed at understanding my profile fit.
