First interview with 3 people that could be your colleagues. Then, three interviews (telephone) one from the manager of the city and other two from NY. If everything went well you will have a final interview with HR that will ask you how much do you expect to earn. If you fit the profile, then they will give you an offer.

first went through an interview with human resources, followed by technical assessment delivered via email, then two succeeding technical interviews with one of the team managers and the team executive director. both technical interviews were with folks based in Mumbai office

The comoany has a Quick turn around. The interview is in multiple stages and some of them arr in a panel. People were open to answer any questions and seems geniune.
Great interview was really easy. Cracked interview. The interviewers were .they asked about my academic.then they asked me about my knowledge in excel and about what role they are hiring me.
