Overall quite a standard interview process and similar to other companies however was impressed by the fast turn around time and constant communication.
The assessment centre consisted of:
- Introductions
- Group task: Split into pairs and were each given a riddle to solve by bartering information with other pairs to work out our riddle and trade information not required.
- Competency Interview: Interviewed by 2 people and asked 8-10 competency based questions followed by situational questions.
- Presentation: Given a brief on the day and 45 minutes to prepare a presentation which you then had to present to 2 people, followed by time for them to ask any questions.
