Two follow up interviews were conducted via phone, after an initial contact via email, which was exceptional as I was leaving the country during the interview process. Normally interviews would have been conducted at the office.

I interned through my university, the whole process was very streamlined and the interviewers were lovely. They asked specific questions based upon my resume and the interview had a more conversational and comfortable tone.
There was a short phone interview at the beginning. Then an online interview was arranged. The interviewer was very kind and friendly. The interview started with a self-introduction followed by several questions. The interview took about 30 minutes.
