I was contacted on LinkedIn and had a very pleasant telephone interview. I was then invited to fill in a bunch of forms on their website (kind of replicating my CV). I would then hear back to be invited for face to face interviews or to let me know I wasn't selected. They got back to me in the promised time frame to let me know I hadn't made selection in a polite and kind manner.
