Highly professional. 3 interview rounds with 2 people each. You are asked both questions on hard and soft skills, on previous experience, on motivation and expectations. I expected a bit more of brainstorming, but it was not needed. Very positive experience, and I was really thankful for the team for these talks. Also, the process is very well organized by the Talent acquisition specialist. No pressure, pure friendliness and professionalism. I am really looking forward to joining the company!
