3 weeks after application, had call with HR manager. Had brief 15 minute call discussing the salary etc. Then had 1 hour call with hiring manager (principal scientist), going over CV + brief discussion over synthesis q. Waited 3 weeks for a response, where I was told I did not progress futher.
