They use a Rapid fire "Behavior Analysis" questions approach (see questions below).
This approach was widely used in the 1990s but has since been debunked by SHRM and other HR orgs that specialize in hiring as being 'biased'.
Another problem is that there is no time for u to really have an exchange with them. I almost shut the computer down I was so disgusted that would be the approach they took to shakedown prospective CONTRACTORs no less.
