The very decent procedure received a call after a week later with the Vice president. The first round was very natural, it was more of a conversation than an interview(with some open-ended question). The HR Generalist was very active during the whole procedure. The second round was a web conference, where I met the operation team. The next round was so engaging last around an hour, they asked some interpersonal skills questions and my future perspective. The result - Couldn't get through the second round.
