Colloquio
The interview process lasted around 40 minutes for me. Lots of questions about how I would handle certain scenarios and relating the job description to my job experience. I found the interview to be very personable. I was offered the job at the end of my interview. Yes, the pay is low at $14/hr, but I love the company’s purpose and working from home holds a lot of value for me. Not having to worry about commute, cooking lunches in my own kitchen, not having to invest in office clothes every so often, not having to worry about gas or wear-and-tear on the car, etc. Not having a commute allows my work day to be as close to 8 hours as possible. When I’m off work, I can just walk outside with my dogs moments later. They provided a range of shifts for me to choose from and I’m lucky to have a shift I’m really happy with. They offer time and a half for OT and seem to have a lot of OT available. You don’t have to work OT in shifts, you can select hour(s). Working holidays will pay double time. The job was posted less than 3 weeks ago, I applied this week, interviewed 2-3 days later, and found out I had a job at the end of the interview. Fastest hiring process I’ve seen yet.
