There was only a video interview for the whole recruiting process. Only 3 simple questions were asked. Questions asked in both Cantonese and English. The offer was extended almost two months after the video interview.
asked 3 questions, online interview using a real-time recording system, first give you the questions, then leave around 30s to prepare, your answer will be recorded then move on to the next question

Introduce yourself in Cantonese and English. What you can contribute to mtr. What you want to learn from mtr. Video recording interview. Deadline: 2 weeks after the email announced. Just write scripts for those questions
online AI interview with basic personal interview questions in Eng and Canton. Nothing specifically related to MTR or practical knoeledge. It was the first round inteview, dont know if there will be second round or not.
